it basically bans minors from using tanning beds. it will be a welcome news for the american cancer society. starting january 1 anyone under the age of 18 will have to resort to a spray tan to get the sun kissed glow. it allowed those between 14 and 18 to use the beds with parental consent. the bill's sponsor says the ultraviolent emitting rays are lethally dangerous.
